Technical Observations

The patina on the interior has green corrosion over a brown surface, while the exterior is gray, green, and black, with a few patches of brown encrustations. Superficial cracks resulting from the fabrication of the bowl are also present.
 
The bowl was formed by hammering a cast ingot to shape it, with finishing and engraved turn lines done on a lathe. The central rosette design was chased into the surface with the shallowly engraved circular lines from lathe-turning serving as a guide.
